Welcome to Monumental Mushrooms in Palisade, Colorado.
Our gourmet mushroom farm was established in Spring of 2024 and we’re steadily scaling. We nurture our fungi from petri dish to packaging and it shows. We provide beautifully presented, gourmet mushrooms that bring joy to the dinner table and nourishment to the body.
You can support our mission by purchasing our fresh mushrooms at Blaine’s Farm Store and GJ Farmstead in Clifton, Fisher’s Market and Meadowlark Garden in Grand Junction, Skips Farm to Market in Fruita, and by ordering dishes that feature them at Caroline’s restaurant inside Palisade’s Wine Country Inn.
